Manfred Müllner
Senior Advisor with executive-board background - serving owners, executives and investors across the DACH region.
Background.
Manfred Müllner brings extensive experience as CEO and CFO of an internationally listed company and of mid-sized enterprises. He has carried front-line responsibility through phases of growth, integration, restructuring and succession - in operationally complex industries and at the interface with capital markets and institutional investors.
This dual role as board member and CFO has given him an understanding of operational reality alongside the expectations of supervisory boards, owners, analysts and lenders. That perspective still shapes how he approaches advisory mandates - not as an outside observer, but as someone who has personally borne the weight of the decision.
Today's role.
As an independent Senior Advisor he today advises companies in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Finance & Capital Markets, M&A, Restructuring, Board & Governance, and Ownership Transition. His mandates range from owner-managed mid-sized companies to private equity portfolios and listed industrial groups.
In transactions and capital measures he regularly takes on a structuring role - as a sparring partner for the executive board, the supervisory board or the owners, well before advisors, banks and lawyers are brought in.
Approach.
His work rests on three principles: directness on the matter at hand, experience in judgement, and discretion in execution. He does not replace existing advisor relationships - he complements them where personal responsibility, board-level experience and an honest assessment make the difference.
