Interim Management

Some situations call not for advice but for responsibility - on a defined timeline as CEO, CFO or in a clearly scoped project role.

What this is about.

Interim roles are not consulting mandates in disguise. They mean operational responsibility - carrying decisions, leading people, delivering results. I take them on selectively.

My standard is not permanence but handing the business over in a more stable condition than I found it.

What I specifically bring.

  • CEO or CFO role for defined periods - especially in transition, crisis or transformation phases.
  • Project responsibility for strategic initiatives that need an experienced operational hand (carve-outs, integrations, capital measures).
  • Handover to a stable long-term solution - my mandate ends with a credible successor, not with a final report.

Who this is for.

  • Companies facing unexpected leadership gaps at executive or managing-director level.
  • Owners and private equity investors needing to stabilise or prepare a portfolio company.
  • Supervisory boards needing a trusted bridging solution.

My approach.

I only take on roles where I can create real value - and where the lines of responsibility are clear from day one.
